Evolve School of Ministry

There is a growing crisis in the Church today — a shortage of emerging pastors and ministry leaders prepared to shepherd, teach, and build the body of Christ.


The Evolve School of Ministry exists to respond to that need.


This is not a general discernment program.

This is for men and women who already sense a clear call to vocational ministry and are ready to be formed, trained, and equipped to serve the Church.


Our goal is simple: raise up pastors and leaders for church ministry.

Timeline

Evolve School of Ministry will start on September 8th, 2026 and run until April 23rd, 2027. It will be a University-style calendar with one break per semester.

Schedule Commitment

  • 3 days per week (9:00 AM – 3:00 PM)
  • Sundays (serving within ministry placement)
  • 2 evenings per week (including Grow Nights)

FAQ’s

  • What is the Evolve School of Ministry?

    Evolve School of Ministry runs from September until April. The program consists of weekly courses, mentoring, and hands-on ministry experience. You will be working in specific areas of the church such as service planning, small groups, youth, media, worship and creative teams, pastoral care, and next steps.


    There are three pillars to this program: theology, leadership, and formation. You will work closely with our pastors and leaders who will help you steward and make the best use of your gifts as you grow in your theological understanding, leadership skills, and spiritual formation.


    The program will open you up to a broad range of ministry experiences, and all aspects of church growth, as we build the local church together.

  • What are the requirements?

    This program is for:

    • Individuals (17+, high school graduates) who know they carry a ministry calling
    • Those ready for formation within the local church
    • Emerging leaders from Evolve and potentially outside churches
    • Those with a clear ministry calling who are ready to step in.
